Integrated shaping and ironing
Through steam injection or hot pressing technology, the socks can be quickly shaped and flattened. For example, the RB boarding machine supports 380V voltage, is equipped with an automatic control system, and can process 180-240 pairs of socks per hour.

Fuel-based machines (such as AX-DXJ100) integrate steam, wet heat shaping, and drying, and can process 2,400 pairs of socks per hour, with low diesel consumption costs.

Automation level classification
Fully automatic models: such as 1200 pairs one-time models, which process 1,200 pairs of socks at a time, with a power of 15kW and a time of 10-12 minutes.

Semi-automatic/simple type: suitable for small sock factories (less than 10 sock machines), simple operation, and indicator lights to indicate the completion status.
