Terry Socks Knitting Machine
Working Principle
Programming: Specialized computer software is used to design sock styles, determining details such as size, pattern, and color combination. The designed program is then input into the machine’s control system.
Yarn Feeding: Raw materials like yarns are loaded onto the machine. The machine can automatically select the required type and quantity of yarn according to the preset instructions.
Knitting: Under the precise control of the computer control system, the knitting components of the machine, such as the needle bed, drive mechanism, and yarn feeding mechanism, work together to weave the yarn into the sock blank of terry socks according to the set pattern and stitch. The needles on the needle bed move up and down to control the interweaving of the yarn to form the loops and the basic structure of the socks.
Post-processing: After the socks are knitted, the machine can automatically perform some post-processing operations, such as cutting off the excess yarn and preliminarily shaping the socks.
